"The Value of Diversity"-- Customized Training:

Four Hour and Eight Hour Sessions: "The Value of Diversity" is a vital concept in the world in which we live and work today. Understanding and using effective cross-cultural communication strategies is imperative. To do so, we must use accurate and appropriate terms and expressions; learn to be non-judgmental of cultural practices and beliefs; and non-stereotypical in our expectations and representation of individuals and groups. "The Value of Diversity" addresses real life situations by providing opportunity for "safe" discussions of actual situations and events. Programs are designed to bring about awareness through interactive role-play and group participation, small and large group discussions, instruction in collaboration techniques, and applied problem solving.
